Scope of This Notice
This notice fulfils the disclosure obligation regarding the processing of personal data shared by visitors to the website and by those who use the contact and quotation channels.

Categories of Personal Data
The contact and quotation forms process your name, e-mail address, telephone number, company name and the description of your request, together with technical fields such as product, quantity, dimensions and city. Technical files attached to the quotation form are submitted for assessment of your request.
Purposes of Processing
Your data is processed to assess your request, to contact you, to carry out the quotation process and to prevent misuse of the forms. It is not used for any other purpose.
How Data Is Collected and the Legal Basis
Data is collected by automated means only through the site forms you complete, by e-mail or through the contact channel you choose. The legal grounds are the establishment of a contract and legitimate interest under Article 5/2 (c) and (f) of the KVKK; processing outside this scope requires your explicit consent.
Transfers
Your personal data is not transferred abroad. The site contains no third-party analytics or marketing tracking; your form data is held only on our own systems. It may be shared with authorised public authorities where this is legally required.
Retention and Destruction
Form records are kept for one year from the date of submission and are deleted at the end of that period. Where a legal obligation requires longer retention, the data is kept only for the duration of that obligation and for that purpose.
Rights of the Data Subject
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to ask for its correction or deletion and to object to the processing.
